Clearance Certification

Once the asbestos-containing material has been professional removed and disposed of, an auditor is required to inspect the site to ensure the hazardous material has been effectively removed. The inspection is carried out by a licensed independent company.

A clearance certificate is provided deeming the site safe from asbestos in accordance with the Health and Safety Act of 2007.
